How credits work

What is a credit exactly?

A summary of a one-hour video costs 60 credits, and a question about it 30. A batch charges 2 credits a minute for each video it fetches, which also opens the batch for questions. A question across the whole batch then costs a quarter of a credit a minute.

Do unused credits disappear?

Monthly credits expire at the end of the period. Bought credits do not, and are only used once the monthly ones are gone.

What if a video has no captions?

You are charged an estimate up front and the difference comes back when the run finishes – a video with no captions costs nothing.

How do I cancel?

In Account, «Manage subscription» opens the Stripe portal, where you cancel, switch plan or change your card in a click. Bought credits stay on the account.
